Most universities will require their students to have a high school diploma to apply for their schools, regardless of major. An area you can look into is a lot of universities will provide some sort of Digital Media classes that are through satellite location(remote) or distance learning, etc. where the rules for that is less strict and may allow you to take classes through community colleges and online classes, etc.
