  • What's the best way to transfer from one university to the next? i mean, the easiest to get into another university?

I've known a couple of friends who have done this and successful. For example, if you couldn't get into UT Austin, then go into UT El Paso or UTSA, then after one year, submit a transfer, it's much easier to get into UT Austin that way.
