The right amount of vitamin C intake per day will help you sleep better at night. The vitamin C can come from your fruit, veggies or supplement.

Couple glasses of wine usually will do the trick.

People always say drinking chamoline tea an hour before bed should help. I think lavendar tea will help as well because lavendar generally help people relax and destress.
