Generally speaking, the people who wrote the questions on these exam are biased or subjective in their own ways. They may not have the intention to be biased, but when writing questions such as the 'traditional' family sytle, for example, where the dad goes to work and the mom is a housewife. Those type of family settings may not be considered as a 'traditional' setting for all cultures. A second example is where the actual answer choices being provided. Those answer choices can’t possibly offer the universe of reference points from where today’s extraordinarily diverse students come.
