i always say this and i will say this again. If we want to make our education system improve, we need to first educate the ones who are doing the teaching. I think we should revise our compensation and requirement plan for becoming a teacher. Having a higher standard will help raise the bar for expectations and the quality of teaching that the students are receiving.
