Mr. Albrecht is nationally known for his speaking, writing, and training in workplace violence prevention, high-risk HR issues, and site security. He is board certified in HR, security management, and employee coaching. He has written 17 books on business and criminal justice topics, including Ticking Bombs, which was one of the first business books on violence in the workplace. He worked for the San Diego Police Department for 15 years.
