She received her J.D. from the University of Mississippi, and her B.S. in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. She is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Mississippi & Tennessee. She is certified in healthcare compliance (CHC) and healthcare privacy (CHPC). She is active in the HCCA and the American Health Lawyers Association.
