  • This training on Organic Labeling & Marketing will help the attendees understand the requirements of the USDA National Organic Program including the expectations in the agriculture sector. It will highlight the agricultural methods used to grow food and approved methods that integrate cultural, biological and mechanical practices.

Her areas of expertise include: Clinical Nutrition, Diet Therapies, Nutrition Education, Food Technology & Food Manufacturing, HACCP, GMP's, Quality Assurance & Food Production. Ms. Lauzon has experience working in the Healthcare, Hospitality & Food Processing industries. Before becoming employed in Canada as a-Nutrition Manager she worked as a Food Production Manager at a privately owned Food Processing Facility in Windsor, Ontario Canada. At present she is studying in preparation to write the Registered Diet Technicians Certification Exam.
