What do you REALLY learn in these exam?

You don't necessary learn the materials that are being tested on the exam. Instead, you learn the competitiveness because you know if you do not perform a high score, you can't get into a top notch school.

You learn how to take an exam or how to effectively take an exam. So it all boils down to strategies rather than the materials.
