The latest figures and trends have shown a slight weakness in US students in mathematical concepts compared to other nations in the world. This is apparent in various 'standardized test' like GRE, GMAT, ACT, GMAT. Although parents are confident that this was not the case, only 43% of all the students who has taken the ACT math portion are at par with college standards.
