When you are taking the exam, you should look over the test first and just focus on the test and the test only. Don't worry about not finishing or how well or how poor your scores might be. That will help reduce some testing anxiety.

Another thing to reduce anxiety during an exam is to drink something hot. If test center allows you to bring the drink in, that's perfect, but most do not allow eating or drinking. Then drink something hot and soothing before the exam to help calm some nerves.
