    Posting Summary
    Develops front-end solutions focused on optimizing user experience for administering and scoring the leading social and behavioral assessments utilized by mental health care providers and researchers world-wide. Develops and implements highly maintainable, scalable and secure back-end software solutions, to run successfully in multiple environments including PC, Mac, and Web, applying fluency in the latest programming languages using .NET technologies, leveraging various design patterns and programming paradigms. Configures solutions for a variety of operating systems, database systems, virtualization systems, and other tools and software systems, deployed either on premises, virtual, or in the Azure Cloud. Designs, develops and maintains complex reports for multiple media, screen sizes and output dimensions. Collaborates in the maintenance, administration and protection of data and IT resources belonging to the Research Center for Children, Youth, and Families (RCCYF) and its associates. Serves as project manager, planning in an Agile environment to create and implement project plans. Serves as systems administrator to provide highly available, fault tolerant production and testing environments. Applies fluency across software engineering and systems administration in support of the mission of the RCCYF (www.aseba.org). Works in a creative programming environment under team lead, reporting to operations manager.

    Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and five years of experience as a software engineer required. Fluency in .NET, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS and experience implementing and administering application for Windows and Web required, or equivalent training and experience.
