    Essential Job Duties
    The BAI & SCRC Program Manager will report to the Director of the Business Analytics Initiative (BAI) and the Executive Director of the Supply Chain Resource Center (SCRC) and will be responsible for the following key programmatic areas:

    Student Support and Program Management:
    Supervise 1-2 part-time undergraduate or PhD student workers (5/10 hours/week) to provide strategic input and operational support.
    Develop and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) for student employees
    Support hiring and management of hourly salaries for Executive Faculty Advisors.
    Manage documentation, NDAs, and coordination for practicums in analytics and supply chain management.
    Marketing and Communication:
    Develop marketing materials, newsletters, and website content for BAI and SCRC.
    Oversee social media activities aligned with college marketing strategies.
    Prepare and design presentations, annual reports, and ad hoc reports to communicate program outcomes.
    Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners, representing program values and servant-leadership philosophy.
    Event Planning and Financial Management:
    Plan, implement, and manage events from start to finish, including day-of management and follow-up.
    Day-to-day management of SCRC and BAI budgets and financial processing.
    Develop high-impact co-curricular programs to enhance student experience and success.

    Qualifications
    Minimum Education and Experience
    Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
    Other Required Qualifications
    Previous experience in program management, project management, or related roles.
    Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across diverse stakeholders.
    Knowledge of program evaluation methodologies, program reporting, and data analysis techniques.
    Familiarity with higher education environments and academic programs is desirable.
    Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools).
    Preferred Qualifications
