Job Summary
The Singletary Center Technical Services Coordinator is an integral member of the SCFA Production Team. Primary duties include providing audio, video, and lighting services to clients including projection, video, recording, and streaming services in addition to providing general support to the Production Department of the Singletary Center. Coordinates A/V equipment needs and assists other staff in logistical maintenance of equipment. An understanding of music performance practices and computer systems networking are preferred. Administrative duties include communications with clients, as well as pre-event preparatory and post-event reconciliation duties. The Singletary Center is committed to training student employees in professional production practices; the Technical Services Coordinator participates in student training. The Singletary Center is seeking a versatile individual who works well in an educational team environment.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Adobe Creative Suite / Final Cut / or similar video editing software; OBS (Open Broadcaster Software); Event Management System software; Microsoft Office Suite; basic understanding of systems networking/audio systems/lighting systems; ETC EOS consoles
