    The Constituent Records Analyst is a team leader for data integration initiatives, workflows, batch automation processes, and provides support for the unit’s responsibility of CRM biographical interfaces and data entry. They ensure integrity of incoming data into the University’s database and provide creative troubleshooting as situations arise. They manage, organize, and follow through on designated projects under the direction of the Director and support users with data import requests and proactively identify and address recurring data issues.

    Education and Experience
    Bachelor’s degree and two (2) plus years relevant, work experience required.
    Work experience/Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Blackbaud CRM), PeopleSoft, and student information systems preferred.
    Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    Ability to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality.
    Responsibilities
    Lead the design, testing, and execution of constituent records related batch automation programs for programmatic data entry, leveraging CRM functionality and third-party tools such as Velocity to enhance efficiency and streamline data capture processes.
    Evaluate and recommend tools or automation scripts to improve data quality, reduce manual entry, and streamline workflows.
    Support technical upgrades by assisting with service pack testing and quality assurance efforts, helping ensure smooth system transitions and functionality post-deployment.
    Manage the unit’s Data Integrity program by leading efforts in auditing, validation, and programmatic data hygiene projects.
    Support users with data import requests and proactively identify and address recurring data issues.
    Utilize third-party tools such as Duplicate Compare to ensure consistency and accuracy across records.
    Work with the Assistant Director, Constituent Records to maintain advanced biographical data interfaces between CITRUS CRM and PeopleSoft including the Student Information System (SIS) and Admissions Acceptance Form (AAF) processes.
    Ensure seamless data flow between systems by coordinating with the Constituent Records Office, the AEA Technical Systems and Support Office, and the Registrar’s Office. Responsibilities include data troubleshooting and timely resolution of data integration issues.
    Provide support to Constituent Records Specialists in processing CITRUS update interactions, Orange Tracker tickets, obituary notifications, and data from CampusCall and iModules interfaces.
    Supervise student workers on data-related projects, including training, task oversight, quality assurance, and performance metrics, to ensure timely and accurate project completion.
