Join the Honors College leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of undergraduate recruitment, academic success, and student retention. This position leads the design and execution of strategic enrollment initiatives, flagship events, and scholarship fund management, all in alignment with Baylor’s broader enrollment goals. You'll collaborate closely with college leadership, faculty, and external partners while overseeing communications, programming, and a dedicated staff team. Be a key driver of innovation and excellence in student recruitment and academic engagement.
A Bachelor's degree and four years of relevant work experience are required. A Master’s degree and six years of relevant work experience are preferred.

What You Will Do
Direct the management, evaluation, and continuous improvement of undergraduate recruitment, academic success, and retention initiatives within the Honors College
Design and oversee student recruitment initiatives, including flagship events, with responsibility for budget, communications, programming, volunteers, and outcomes
In collaboration with College leadership, develop and implement a unit-level strategic enrollment management (SEM) plan in support of Baylor’s SEM plan
Provide regular guidance to deans and department chairs to achieve annual and strategic enrollment management goals
Monitor and track utilization of endowed scholarship funds; ensure that recipients are matched to eligible funding sources; and provide regular projections and recommendations to support strategic enrollment goals and balance budget
Serve as Dean’s delegate in coordination of effort with Baylor’s Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management and with the Baylor’s Enrollment Management Collaborative
Chair regular recruitment meetings with College faculty and staff leaders, with duties that include setting agendas, convening, eliciting feedback, addressing questions or concerns, and marshaling support for College and University priorities
Establish and steward internal and external partnerships (including cross-unit peers, senior college leaders, academic department chairs, and secondary school principals/counselors)
Collaborate with Director of Communications on print, web, video, and social media resources that advance enrollment goals
Hire, train, and supervise staff that includes one full-time professional and graduate assistants and/or student workers
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
Ability to comply with university policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
