What You'll Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Finance or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited Business School.
The degree requirement is necessary for accreditation purposes and to ensure candidates possess the specialized knowledge, skills, and abilities that can only be attained through a formal educational program at this level.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior university teaching experience in Finance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Related professional work experience.
Demonstrated potential for high quality teaching.
Willingness to contribute to the service mission of the department and college.
Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with students, alumni, and external partners to enhance academic and professional development opportunities.
A research record of publications in top academic journals and presentations at national academic conferences.
