Report of school shooting was April Fools' prank; suspect found

Police in a Northern California city are livid after a 911 call reporting an attack at a local high school — which prompted a major response — turned out to be an April Fools' joke.

A caller reported that a man was actively shooting on the campus of Roseville High School and there was a pipe bomb near the cafeteria, according to police. Dispatchers say they could hear gunfire in the background of the call.
