Trustees vote to fire college president Bob Richburg

The trustees of Northwest Florida State College just voted to fire president Bob Richburg, the man who hired Rep. Ray Sansom and was indicted along with him earlier this month. The vote was 4 to 3.

“We have to turn this ship another direction,” said trustee Dale Rice, who added he is friend of Richburg. “Really because the controversy, the fighting with the media and the things that are going on are hurting the mission of this college and it is hurting kids and their future.”
