College investment could bring billions to S.C., study says

A greater investment in higher education would bring 44,000 additional jobs and billions of new dollars to the state, according to a study conducted by the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business.

The study suggests that every dollar invested in the college system will add $25 to the economy by 2030.
