The Culinary Academy of Long Island, INc. is a vocational school offering career training in the field of culinary arts. Conveniently locaated in Syosset, NY in its brand new facility, the school offers training programs that prepare graduates to enter employment in restaurants, hotels, nursing homes and catering establishments.
