Boston-area college students among injured in Marathon bombings

Several college students from around the region were among those injured in the Boston Marathon explosions, administrators said Tuesday, as the schools prepared for a difficult week in the wake of the bombings. Three Tufts students, seven Emerson College students and a Boston University student were among those injured, according to the schools.

According to Tufts University, three Tufts students who were watching the race received non-life threatening injuries.
