I write in reply to your editorial on the acquisition of Daniel Webster College by ITT Educational Services Inc. (May 5: "ITT a viable choice to keep DWC alive")

Daniel Webster College is and remains a regionally accredited institution of higher education. Its acquisition by ITTESI only sustains and enriches the capacity of the college to serve the needs of its students and the region. The goal of the acquisition for ITTESI is to initiate a new role for itself in residential higher education.....
