Florida State goes on the offensive against ESPN show

Florida State Univeristy administrators went on the offensive to challenge the accuracy of a report ESPN is expected to air today on the university's academic-misconduct case.

An e-mail signed by FSU director of athletics Randy Spetman was sent Friday night to more than 50,000 alumni, fans and boosters. In the e-mail, Spetman wrote that "the promotions for this program already have shown that it contains false information."
ESPN's "Outside the Lines" will air today its report based on interviews....
