Allen University president placed on indefinite leave

Allen University in Columbia has placed its president on indefinite leave.

Dr. Charles Young is accused of sexual harrassment by an employee of the university.

She filed the lawsuit in U.S. District Court. Click here to find a link to read the lawsuit.

She claims he made several advances toward her pressuring her to have an inappropriate relationship with him, and when she refused, he threatened her job and said he would hurt her.

She's asking for compensation for emotional distress....
