13 people arrested in demonstration outside UC regents meeting in San Francisco

Officials were meeting Wednesday to discuss raising undergraduate fees. Most of those arrested were students. UC San Francisco Police Chief Pamela Roskowski said protesters had thrown barricades and other objects.
