STEPHON JOHNSON: John Calipari recently signed the biggest contract in the history of college athletics with Kentucky. I think this can do wonders for the state of big-time college basketball (and even football) in America. How can this make a difference? It might help college sports fans, colleges and universities, coaches and players, administrators and faculty alike to take the collective wool over their eyes, throw it to the ground and cut the charade that is big-time college sports.
