University of Pennsylvania Again Ranks Fraser Institute as No. 1 Canadian Think-Tank and Among Top 3

For the fourth consecutive year, the Fraser Institute is ranked as the top think-tank in Canada, and has for the last two years been the only Canadian organization to rank among the top 30 think-tanks worldwide, according to the 2011 Global Go-To Think-Tanks Index published by the University of Pennsylvania.

The annual index, which is based on a survey of more than 1,500 scholars, policy makers, and journalists representing 120 countries, ranked the Fraser Institute first among 97 think-tanks....
