LETTER: Universities shouldn't let Obama speak

EDITOR: First of all, let's establish that President Obama is no friend of the Catholic church. Throughout his entire life his voting record and public utterances run contrary to anything the church stands for on abortion, embryonic stem cell research, and gay marriage.

This being a free country, he is entitled to believe what he would. However, this is the man Notre Dame University is honoring by allowing him to give the commencement address for this year's graduating class.
