State offering refunds for Decker College students

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - One-time students of a defunct college may be eligible for prorated tuition, books and fees refunds from the state of Kentucky.

The state is offering the partial paybacks to students who were enrolled in Decker College in Kentucky and Indianapolis when the school shut down in September 2005 and haven't already received a refund or had their debt forgiven.
