Everybody loves a bargain -- especially in tough economic times. West Virginians are very fortunate to have exceptional education values at two of their great public universities – Marshall University and West Virginia University.

Too many colleges and universities across the country have raised tuition and fees, frozen and cut back on enrollment, and forced more students deeper into debt. However, during this crisis it hasn’t stopped many presidents and chancellors from taking significant pay....
