Last Sunday's Arizona Republicquite rightly pointed out that the state's budget crisis - and the necessity for tuition surcharges - creates a propitious moment for Arizona's universities to accelerate their search for lower-cost delivery options ("We need variety in state colleges," Editorial). The Arizona Board of Regents is fully engaged in doing so.
