Re “End the University as We Know It,” by Mark C. Taylor (Op-Ed, April 27):

Mark C. Taylor has many good ideas for reforming universities, some of which are gaining traction at institutions throughout the country. Ohio State University has been experimenting with collaborative models for more than a decade, and has recently taken strides toward the sort of problem-focused inquiry Mr. Taylor champions.
