$681M in Stimulus Funds Approved

The U.S. Education Department has approved Gov. Jan Brewer's initial application for education stimulus funding for the state.

Congressman Harry Mitchell's office says the department approved $681 million for the state. Arizona can apply for an additional $335 million in the fall.
