Many Ohio college graduates likely to leave state, study says

Good high-paying jobs would go a long way in keeping Ohio college graduates in the state, according to a study released this morning. Not a big surprise, right? But researchers from the Thomas B. Fordham Institute were surprised to find out just how likely college graduates are to leave.

A survey of about 800 students at seven Ohio institutions, including Case Western Reserve University and Oberlin College, found that 58 percent of student are planning to leave Ohio within the first few years....
