Is Higher Education the Next Big Bubble?

As the recession swells the demand for higher education, you’d think universities and colleges would be fretting about overcrowding. But many, especially private institutions, have exactly the opposite concern, i.e., that cash-strapped Americans will soon turn their backs on a four year degree and flock to community colleges.
