University of Northern Colorado professor accused of using hidden camera in bathroom

A theater arts professor at the University of Northern Colorado has been put on administrative leave after he was arrested over accusations of sexual exploitation of children.

Police say Vance Fulkerson, 63, used a hidden camera in the bathroom of his Greeley home to record guests.

Fulkerson was arrested Thursday.

Police are recommending charges of sexual exploitation of children and unlawful sexual contact.

The latter charge derives from the "Peeping Tom" law.
