Two Siouxland colleges are teaming up to make higher education more affordable... and keep people in our area.

Soon, this image of $12.8 million dollar joint college center -- between Wayne State College and Northeast Community College -- will become a reality on this 57-acre plot of land just off Highway 77 in South Sioux City, Nebraska. "It will be providing training and educational needs for our workforce and our students in our area," said Lance Hedquist, South Sioux City Administrator.
