EDUCATION reform can be managed from within the Isle of Wight Council’s budget set aside for change, its cabinet was told.
Leader Cllr David Pugh, who also has responsibility for education, told the meeting he was confident the budget — including an £8.3 million allocation from the government for new school buildings — would be sufficient to manage change to a two-tier system.
