Personal Thought: Need to improve education facilities

The newly appointed human resources development minister Kapil Sibal seems to be in a great hurry and highly enthusiastic to do 'something' to the education system. If he is really determined to reform the ailing education system in India, the following problems need to be solved first.
The rural poor can neither migrate to the urban areas nor afford very high fee charged in the corporate and private schools. Hence any new proposals in the education sector should improve the chances for the rural....
