Cuts To Higher Education Cause Concern

The latest round of state budget cuts has one expert worried about what could happen in the long run to California's higher-education system.
Many students are unable to get the courses they need, not being able to graduate on time, losing their health insurance because they can't go full time and having their financial aid slashed.
