Program a bridge from high school to college

A handful of new college students are getting a jump start on college life though a new program at Western New Mexico University.

The Jump Start initiative is a two-week program designed to ease students through the transition from high school to college and give them an opportunity to earn six college credits before they even begin the fall semester.
