Youth Allowance changes 'deter' higher education

Rural and remote families are warning the Federal Government that rural students will continue to turn away from higher education if proposed changes to the Youth Allowance go ahead.

The Isolated Children's Parents' Association (ICPA) is holding its two-day federal conference in Longreach, in central western Queensland, from today, with more than 200 delegates from across Australia attending.
