Prevention education will help schools prepare for H1N1

As Le Mars students and teachers return to the classrooms today (Thursday), they will be met with education on H1N1 and ways to prevent the flu.
"There will be work between teachers and kids about proper hand washing and covering coughs and things like that," said Superintendent Todd Wendt, of Le Mars Community Schools (LCS).

"We did that last spring when we were first presented with this," Wendt said. "I'm sure we'll do some reminders of that this fall."
