In this series of articles I am endeavouring to express my conviction that 1. Children have rights that must be enshrined in the Constitution; 2. Education is an important one of those rights; 3. The quality of education is difficult to state in the Constitution but social justice cannot be achieved if all children do not receive high quality education.
