Where's the money? Nearly $90 million of Illinois families' hard-earned cash is gone. It was paid to the Bright Start college fund to ensure their kids got a college education.

The state treasurer said there's a deal on the table to get the money back. So where is it?

CBS 2's Vince Gerasole went looking for answers.
