Colby College honors 2-time Pulitzer winner

A two-time Pulitzer Prize winner who was once imprisoned for five weeks while reporting in Darfur is being honored by Colby College in Maine as this year's winner of the Elijah Parish Lovejoy Award.

Paul Salopek (SAL'-oh-pek) will receive the award and an honorary doctor of laws degree on Oct. 18 on the Colby campus in Waterville.
