Chemung officials back Obama on education

President Barack Obama's call Monday to strengthen investment in education and research to boost the economy and America's global standing resonated with some local government leaders.



Obama spoke about innovation's role in transforming the national economy during a visit upstate to Hudson Valley Community College in Troy.
