The Maricopa Community Colleges governing board is under investigation for allegedly micromanaging, putting the district's accreditation at risk.

Maricopa County Community College District Chancellor Rufus Glasper asked a team to come to the Valley and look into allegations sent to the Higher Learning Commission, a Chicago-based body responsible for accrediting colleges.
