Get out your No. 2 pencils. Indiana's higher education commissioner wants more high school students to take the
PSAT.

Commissioner Teresa Lubbers says the preliminary SAT helps students prepare for the SAT. She's asking local high schools to make sure students are signed up to take the PSAT on Oct. 14.
